Reporting Module

The Odontomy Reporting Module allows you to view, filter, and export the most important information from your dental clinic: schedule and appointments, production by professional, billing, collections and debts, treatments, services, inventory, purchases from suppliers, and business performance. The reports are organized by theme, with tables and graphs, advanced filters, and export to PDF/Excel, to make decisions based on real data.

🦷 Module Overview

The Reports module of Odontomy allows you to access all the information about your dental clinic in a clear and organized manner. From financial control to appointment tracking, treatments, services, inventory, and team tasks, you can consult key reports that help you make better decisions.


All reports are grouped by topic and offer:

  • Filters by date, location, professional, patient, status, type, and more

  • Visualization in tables or graphs

  • Export in PDF or Excel

  • Mobile, tablet, and computer adaptable view


🧾 1. Accounting and Financial Reports

Accounts Receivable

  • Overdue Accounts Receivable: List of pending payments that have surpassed their due date. It allows you to know who owes, how much, and since when.

  • Accounts Receivable Aging: Groups accounts by age to help you prioritize collections and understand the risk of uncollectibility.

Clinic Overview

  • Profit and Loss: Shows whether the clinic is generating profits or losses during a specific period.

  • Balance Sheet: Reflects the financial position: assets, liabilities, and equity.

  • Account Statement: Complete detail of the movements of a specific account.

  • Cash Flow Statement: Visualizes how money comes in and goes out of the business.

Income and Expenses

  • Expenses by Category: Classifies expenses by categories (supplies, laboratory, maintenance, services, administration).

  • Income vs Expenses: Direct comparison to evaluate whether there is a profit or loss.

  • Detailed Income / Expenses: Complete listing with amounts, dates, and concepts.

  • Income / Expenses by Date: Chronologically organized report.

Entities and Transfers

  • Report by Payer / Beneficiary: Allows you to know who generates income (patients/companies) or receives payments (suppliers/laboratories).

  • Transfers: Internal movements between accounts.

Profitability and Break-even

  • Break-even Point by Clinic: How much you need to bill to cover fixed and variable costs.

  • Profitability by Service: Identifies which services generate the highest margin (cleaning, orthodontics, implants, etc.).

  • Transactions by Service / Professional: Economic records associated with services and responsible parties.


📅 2. Agenda, Appointments, and Reservations Reports

  • Appointments by Status: pending, confirmed, canceled, completed, no-show.

  • No Show (Absences): tracking of patients who did not attend and their impact.

  • Schedule Occupancy: level of occupancy by day/week/month.

  • Appointments by Professional: workload and patient distribution.

  • Appointments by Service: actual demand by type of care.

  • Treatments by Status: planned, in progress, completed.

  • Production by Professional: services performed, times, and volume.

  • Follow-ups and Controls: patients with upcoming or pending controls.

  • Most Requested Services: ranking by volume and income.

  • Clinical Notes and Progress: reports by categories and keywords (according to configuration).

  • Low Stock Alerts: critical supplies with pending replenishment.

Purchases and Suppliers

  • Purchases by Supplier: analysis of spending and dependency.

  • Expenses by Supplier Category: laboratory, supplies, maintenance, services.

  • Pending Payments to Suppliers: control of obligations and due dates.


🛒 6. Store and Sales Reports

  • Sales by Status: pending, confirmed, completed, canceled.

  • Pending Payments: sales made with amounts to collect.

  • Best-selling Products: ranking by volume and income.

  • Main Clients: clients with the highest billing.

  • Sales by Date: daily/weekly/monthly evolution.

  • Select the area (agenda, treatments, billing, inventory, etc.)

  • Configure columns, filters, order, and groupings

  • Export as Excel or PDF
